# To Publish or Not to Publish? That Is the Question
On one hand, after the night we just had, whatever little sanity any of us still had is probably gone for good. Who has the focus right now to think about LeetCode interview questions? (Only Zoom. No one’s coming into the office.)
On the other hand, what happens in high-tech stays in high-tech. We keep hiring. Clients abroad still need a working product, and the mortgage won’t pay itself thanks to unpaid leave.

What Are We Looking For? Full Stack – BE Oriented
We need someone with 5+ years of experience building complex systems. Think IDF tech units or startups.

What Are We Looking For? Founding Engineer
We want senior engineers with experience building systems from scratch and complex infrastructure. BE/FS experience is a must.
Who? You’ll be building an Agentic AI system for managing security workflows. Location: Tel Aviv, 5 days in the office. Train line.
What Are We Looking For? DS / AI Engineer
We need someone to lead the AI domain.
Senior Backend to join the core team.
Who? You’ll be building an agent that understands human context and blocks data leaks in real-time. Location: Tel Aviv, 5 days in the office. Train line.
What Are We Looking For? Senior DevOps Engineer
We’re on the hunt for a DevOps engineer obsessed with AI. You’ll help build a new product from scratch as part of the founding team.
Senior AI Engineer
You’ll be the first AI Engineer on the team, leading the development of agents and owning the platform build.
Who? You’ll be building an AI-native platform for detecting and managing insider risks within organizations. Location: Tel Aviv, 5 days in the office. Train line.
What Are We Looking For? Backend – AI Engineer
We need senior engineers with strong backend skills and deep experience working with LLMs.
Who? Join a startup in the couples-therapy space with an application product and an AI layer based on unique therapeutic data. Location: Tel Aviv, 3 days in the office. Train line.
What Are We Looking For? Senior Full Stack Engineer + Senior Backend Engineer
We need strong developers with experience building systems from scratch and working in fast-paced environments. You’ll mostly work with Python and React, but we’re tech-agnostic.
